'The Package'
One-on-one training in your area - Once you have decided on this business, we will spend up to two weeks in your area working with you and a further two weeks should it be required. We will teach you all the aspects of landscape gardening, using our landscaping manual, in comfortable surroundings that suit you.
Demonstration training - Within this initial two week period we, that is you and us, will arrange to complete a garden make-over. This garden could be your own, a friends or a member of your family (for you or them to keep). To ensure we incorporate a variety of skills, you may find one garden may not be sufficient and you will need to nominate more than one garden for a make-over/semi-make-over. We aim to cover most aspects of what is required for you to become a competent landscaper. During this period we will cover: design, quoting, ordering materials, and building what is required to transform this garden. All of this is included in the package*.
Your own Web-Site and Emailing facility - Whilst we are with you, we will develop and publish your web-site and will get you up and running with Google Adwords. The first garden/s that we complete together will go onto your web-site and will form part of your web-portfolio.
Advertising and Marketing - Although we will aim to get all enquires through your web-site, we will cover other forms of advertising and marketing.
Bookkeeping/Business Insurance - Bookkeeping is an important part of all businesses so we will show you how to organise yourself with the bookwork, keeping it simple and straightforward. A copy of our accounts will be available for you to look at, verifed by our accountant. See below for first year earnings.
Health and Safety - This aspect is already with us in our day-to-day living, but as landscaping entails using power/sharp tools/equipment, this will be covered throughout our time together and forms a large section in our landscaping booklet.
Self Employment Training - see self employment page (if required)
Three month Support Package - As previously mentioned, we are not a franchise, so you are not required to pay any further royalties whatsoever. However, we will give you the support and advice for a three month lead-in and will continue the one-to-one training for up to one month should you require it. This will ensure that you are off to a good start and raring to go.
The Tools - The tools provided for your business are extensive, but necessary to complete all the tasks asked of a garden landscaper. However, should you already have some of these tools, then we will discount the package price accordingly.

Potential Earnings : So far, we have not mentioned what you could earn with a business of this nature. Earnings with this type of business can stretch out beyond £150,000 plus, which would depend on how you would like to expand. We are are being conservative with our figures showing you only our first year of trading which produced a turnover of over £50,000 and a net profit of more than £25,000, over a 9 month trading period.
